Telepathy

Telepathy is the ability to read the minds of others. A telepath can 'hear' in their mind the thoughts of other people. They can see/hear what other people are thinking.

A telepath is able to communicate mentally. They can project their mental 'voice' into the head of another person. However unless that person is a telepath, they cannot answer back (although they can think hard about something, allowing the telepath to glean their surface thoughts, but this is a rudimentry form of communication).


Common Limitations:
- Young telepaths might have difficulties blocking out the thoughts of others. Because of this, telepaths are taught psychic shielding as soon as possible so that they are not bombarded with the thoughts of others constantly.
- Sometimes telepaths might read the mind of another person by accident, especially if they are emotionally charged.
- Telepaths cannot break through psychic shields os psychics stronger than themselves. So some minds are locked to telepaths.
