It can be a small source like a drop of water, or a larger body, like a lake or a pool. Hydrokinetics can move the water around. They can shape it. They can case waves or whirlpools or great splashes. They can cause raindrops to angle away from them, walking through a rain storm and never getting wet. They can stand in a lake and push the water away from them. They could stop a stream, acting like a dam.
Hydrokinetics cannot create water from nothing, although it often seems like they can. This is because water is everywhere. A hydrokinetic with some training can pull moisture from the air, forming balls of waters that seem to come from nowhere.
Common Limitations: - Hydrokinesis does not involove the ability to freeze water or melt ice or change temperature in drastic ways. - Hydrokinetics can sometimes become dehydrated quite easily, as they may accidently sap fluids from their own bodies.
