Eidetic Memory (also known as Total Recall) is the ability to remember everything that has been learn/see/heard/encountered and to be able to recall that information.
A person with this ability only needs to read something once, and they will have it in their memory forever - it is perfect photographic memory. They can repeat conversations that they have heard years later, perfectly. They could describe a scene in exact detail, after the fact.
Common Limitations: - Sometimes they see/hear things they do not want to know... and they cannot forget these things. - Their minds can become very full, very jumbled with information, and while they can recall everything, sometimes it takes a moment or several to bring it to the surface.
